The show must go on Jérôme Bel
Performer from the Tyrol
The show must go on by the French choreographer Jérôme Bel – one of the most prominent and most radical choreographers of his generation – has now achieved cult status in the world of dance and performance.
First performed in 2001, the piece has lost nothing of its power. A DJ and 20 Tyrolean performers, both amateur and professional, offer a literal interpretation of famous pop songs from a 30-year period. The result is an explosive evening of dance in which the boundaries between the stage and the audience are blurred. Time to party!
