We were forced; we had no choice. We moved along a road full of obstacles and checkpoints. Our fate is unknown. We dreamt of arrival.

Sarab (Fata Morgana) is a touching Nouveau Cirque performance about the plight of refugees in the world: their search for a safe haven, their hopes of refuge and its limits. Together with seven performers from the Palestinian Circus School in Ramallah, the British director Paul Evans seeks and finds movingly powerful images.
